    This course is designed to familiarize end-users with the operation and use of the desktop-based application, OnGuard Alarm Monitoring. When you complete this course, you will be able to do the following in OnGuard Alarm Monitoring: • Access and log into the application • Select a monitoring zone • Resize and reposition the windows in the Alarm Monitoring application • Customize how information is displayed in the Alarm Monitoring windows • Filter alarms and events • Monitor hardware status and control hardware • Monitor and acknowledge alarms and events • Verify a cardholders identity • Configure and use maps to respond to alarms and events • Perform event tracing

    This training is designed to familiarize end-users with the operation and use of the OnGuard® BadgeDesigner application, to complete Photo-ID badge designs ready for deployment to OnGuard Badge Types to make available to print for OnGuard cardholders. When you complete this course, you will be able to confidently do the following using OnGuard BadgeDesigner: • Access and log into the application. • Customize badge layout specifications. • Establish default layout properties that can be applied to new badge designs. • Add and manipulate objects on a badge layout. • Set fill and border attributes. • Set graphic, photo, and signature attributes. • Set text formatting attributes. • Insert fields into text objects. • Program badge objects with cardholder data. • Control the lamination overlay areas for PVC card printers.
